How to Use
Welcome to Deals on Properties. This guide walks you through the most common actions on the platform.
Getting Started
Browse listings as a guest, or create a free account to unlock favorites, contact sellers, and submit property requests. Sign in any time from the top-right of the navbar.
Browsing Properties
Use Buy / Rent in the navbar to view all listings, or jump straight to Properties for Sale or Properties for Rent. On the listings page you can filter by price, area, bedrooms, city, features, and more. Toggle between grid view, list view, and map view at the top of the results.
Searching
The global search bar at the top of every page accepts free-text queries — try a city name, neighborhood, or property type. Suggestions appear as you type; press Enter to see all matches.
Saving Favorites
Click the heart icon on any listing card to save it. Your saved properties live under Favorites in your profile menu. If a listing later becomes unavailable, it stays in your list with a notice — nothing is silently deleted.
Contacting a Seller
Open any listing and use the contact card on the right: phone, WhatsApp, or the inline message form. Sellers receive your inquiry by email and in their dashboard. You can review your past inquiries under Inquiries.
Becoming a Seller
Go to Sell / Rent Out → Become a Seller. Upload a verification document (ID, passport, driver's license, or civil registry extract). Once an admin approves, you unlock the seller dashboard and can publish listings.
Subscriptions & Plans
Sellers choose a plan (Free, Pro, or Premium) on the Subscription page. Plans control how many active listings you can publish, included featured slots per month, analytics, and more. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Promoting a Listing
From My Listings, click Promote on any published listing to feature it on the homepage carousel. Featured listings run for 30 days from payment confirmation.
Marketplace & Property Requests
Looking for something specific? Submit a Request a Property form describing what you need. Other users (and sellers) can browse open requests on the Marketplace and respond. Use marketplace credits to unlock request details such as budget and contact preferences.
Account Settings
Open Settings from your profile menu to update your name, phone, profile picture, language, theme, and password. Changes save instantly. The verification section lets you upload identity documents for the verified badge.
Language & Theme
Toggle between English and Arabic with the language button in the navbar — the site fully supports right-to-left layout. The moon/sun button switches between light and dark mode; your preference is remembered.
